Two internationally recognised artists, known for their careers in design, have come together to create a unique body of work that spans paintings, prints, and ceramics — all united by the concept of the continuous line.
Trish Spence is a clothing designer who returned to education to pursue an MA in ceramics. Her work has been exhibited and is held in collections across the UK and USA.
Thomas Prendeville began his career as a furniture designer and maker before transitioning into graphic design and art direction. Today, he works as a designer, artist, and maker, running his own creative practice.
The two artists began collaborating during Trish's two-year residency at Harrow School, where they explored the use of a pendulum to create large-scale paintings. While continuing to develop their individual practices, they have maintained a shared creative dialogue, evolving their paintings together over time.
